CNA and PCA (Roland, AR)

CNAs and PCAs needed now for in-home personal care clients. Aide must be certified as a nursing assistant, personal care aide, or have at least one year of verifiable experience in an instituitional setting (home health agency, hospital, hospice, or long-term care facility) performing personal care duties, which includes assistance in bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, skin and nail care, feeding, ambulation, toileting, range of motion exercises, and household services essential to health care in the home. Candidates must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick, an ability to read, write, and carry out directions, maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job, and participate in all CEUs required by the State of Arkansas. Caregiver must have a clean criminal history record. Must pass drug screen.
